For complex applications add £400.00 per additional issue (additional changes in the number of dwelling places, multiple extensions at different floor levels, Driveways, Re-submissions to alter existing approvals). Other than this our fees are fixed and are not subject to VAT.

*For New Dwellings and Change of Use Applications, Fees are set with £750.00 payable on drafting and submission and the remaining £750.00 payable on approval in order to split liability in the event of unsuccessful applications. Such applications are always speculative in nature and can often be complex; particularly in view of new changes to the application process.
