This project involved a side and two storey rear addition for two adjacent properties within the Jesus Hospital Conservation Area in Tower Hamlets.  Approval was granted for both without any kind of Grampian Condition and the left hand property has been completed and brought to market within an incredibly short time frame.  The additions provided a third bedroom on the second floor and an expansive open plan layout to the ground floor.  The right hand property is undergoing a more extensive retrofit to elevate the environmental performance of this heritage asset and a 3kw Solar array was approved to the frontside of the butterfly roof.  Expert photography was provided by ojphoto.co.uk and presented below.
